Exchange and Return Policy

1. Deadlines for Exchanges and Returns

  • Exchanges: Requests can be made up to 30 days after order delivery.
  • Returns: We accept returns within 30 days after order delivery.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the invoice.


2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Sale items, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Products used or damaged by the customer.

3. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Contact Us: Email returns@lxvcompanyformen.com with your order number, product photos (if necessary), and the reason for the exchange or return.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and provide detailed shipping instructions.
  3. Send the Product: After approval, send the product to the specified address.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Exchange due to defect or company error: Shipping costs will be covered by LXV COMPANY FOR MEN.
  • Exchange for personal reasons (e.g., size, color): Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Processing Exchanges or Returns

Once the product is received, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If approved:

  • For exchanges: The new product will be shipped within 5 business days.
  • For returns: The refund will be processed according to the refund policy (see details in the Refund Policy).

6. Defective Products

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receipt. A technical analysis will be conducted, and if the defect is confirmed, all expenses will be covered by the company.
