Refund Policy
1. Refund Conditions
We offer refunds for orders that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- Customized products or items on sale are not eligible for refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
2. Return Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at returns@lxvcompanyformen.com with your order number and photos of the product, if necessary.
- Wait for approval and shipping instructions.
- Send the product to the provided address. The initial shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility (except in cases of defects or incorrect orders).
3. Product Inspection
Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected within 7 business days. If the item meets the above conditions, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Methods
- Payments made by credit card will be refunded directly to the card statement, which may take up to 10 business days, depending on the card provider.
- Payments via Pix or PayPal will be refunded directly to the account used for payment.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer, you can opt to exchange the product instead of receiving a refund. Contact our team to verify the availability of the desired item.
6. Defective Products
If the received product has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
